– Can I upgrade my package if needed?

– Absolutely! Depending on the package you have purchased, used portions of your package will be assessed and reduced from the cost of an upgraded package.

– Can I get support choosing the right Garden Bed Plans for my project?

– Yes you can, and we are more than happy to point you in the right direction – Just Contact Us.

 

– Do I get immediate access to the Members Platform?

– Yes, once your payment is processed you will receive an email including access to the Members Platform.

 

– Do I need to know anything about plants?

– No not at all.  Knowing what you like is a good start.  We have 20+ years of industry and plant knowledge & our plans are designed for your success. If you have a plant species that you would like to include in your landscape design and you can’t find it on the platform, then we will design it into a garden bed plan for you for free. (Conditions Apply)

 

– What if I don’t like all of the plants within the designs provided to me?

– If you can’t find exactly what you would like, then we will design the garden bed plans you need for free.  (Conditions Apply)

 

– What if I don’t know what soil I have?

– Can I book my consultation as soon as I have paid?

– Yes you can. Once your payment is processed you will receive an email which will include a link to Helen Spry’s calendar.  Simply choose a time convenient to you.

– Can I reschedule my consultation if I need to?

– Yes. Just let us know and we will give you access to the calendar platform to reschedule.

 

– Is there a time limit for me to book my consultation?

– All packages expire after 12 months however under agreed circumstances time limits can be extended.  It is best to have your Consultation scheduled 2 months before your package expires.

Do I get an opportunity to make adjustments to my landscaping plans?

To make things easy we stage your landscaping plan design process.  This ensures your plans are exactly how you want them, before we move onto the next stage.

– Do I get to choose the plants included in my design if I want to?

– Absolutely and if you don’t want to then we can provide you with a selection for you to consider before we plant out your Landscaping Plan.  Your desired plant selection will be discussed during your Online Consultation.

How long does it take to produce my landscape plans?

– The usual turnaround is 2-3 weeks however this is governed by current demand and your ability to reply to our emails throughout the process.

– Can I print out my landscaping plans?

– You will receive your Landscaping Plans in PDF format which can be easily printed.  All of our plans are scaled at a minimum of 1:100 so general are compiled on a printable A3 sheet of paper or larger.

– Can you support me to DIY and save money?

– Yes we certainly can provide guidance throughout the process that will support you to DIY.  Often there are components that you will need to engage contractors for but there is also lots that can be handled by an enthusiastic home owner.

– Does the price include the plants?

– The pricing on the Ezyplant website is for Consultations and Landscape Design Packages only.  This includes Garden Bed Plans & customized Landscaping Plans, for your property size.  Pricing does not include the plants included in our designs.

– Where do I buy my plants?

– We access Wholesale Nurseries in your area to ensure that we are including plant species that are available to you.  Your plant selection will be able to be purchased from your local nursery or we can provide you with an obligation free quote to have them delivered to your door.

– How do I look after my garden once installed.

– It is our goal to design gardens that require minimal maintenance unless you specify otherwise. That said, there is always some trimming, mulching and tidying up that needs to happen in any garden throughout the year.  Refer to the free copy of our Complete Garden Guide that you will receive on purchase to learn more or if needed you can book a consultation to discuss further.

If I decide that I need a customised plan or would like to utilize the professionally designed garden bed plans. Can I upgrade, less the cost of my 1 hour consultation that I have used.

– Depending on the package you would like to purchase we can certainly upgrade less the cost component of your Online Consultation.

– How comprehensive is the Online Consultation?

– We aim to answer all of your questions, provide practical design options and guide you with solutions to any issues you may be experiencing with your landscaping project. 

– If we need more time to discuss my landscaping project is that going to be an issue?

– We use the time allowed very efficiently and should you feel you need additional time, & time is not available following your scheduled time, an additional 1/2 hr will be arranged for you.  Costs will apply.

– What if we have purchased land but are not building straight away.  Is it worth speaking in advance?

– Absolutely!!  Discussing your site and how you want to utilize it can be the difference between a livable home and not. Talking through the position of your home on the site, access, drainage issues and possible design options, always help you avoid costly mistakes.   This can save you time and money along with having to live with decisions that can not be reversed.  Getting professional advice up front definitely saves you time and money in the long run.
