Our 30 day Unconditional Refund Policy only applies where an amicable solution could not be reached by both Ezyplant and the customer. Ezyplant will work with the client to ensure that the design brief, established during the consultation process, is achieved to everyone’s expectations. This returns policy does not apply to any of our Landscaping Packages where the customer has accessed the Membership Platform and viewed the range of garden bed plans or downloaded garden bed plans from the platform. Ezyplant will provide a full refund on Consultation Time where the client provides 48hrs notice to the scheduled consultation time slot.
